Yorgos before joining Lifecell has been an ITC consultant in Turkey, Greece, Bosnia and FYR of Macedonia. In particular in Turkey he was Executive Board Member and Management Consultant of Unisystems Turkey. Moreover in the last 25 years has been active as a Chairman of BoD, Board Member, CEO and CTO in Telecom Companies in the Balkans and Azerbaijan. Specifically he has been Chairman of the Board in Azerfon and AzerTelecom (2011 -2015), Board Member in OTE, COSMOTE and a multiple of other companies, CEO in Romtelecom (today known as Telekom Romania) from February 2007 to July 2011, OTENET CEO (2000 June to January 2007), CTO of OTE (Sept 2004 to January 2011) and COSMOTE CTO (Nov 1997 to June 2000), Core Network Engineering and Network IT Manager in Panafon/Vodafone (January 1993 to Oct 1997). He started his career in Dec 1975 as a Telecom Engineer in OTE. Yorgos was born and raised up in Istanbul. He got his BSc in Electrical Engineering from Bogazici University and his MSc from UMass at Lowell. Nejat Murat Erkan is the Director of Sales and Marketing of Lifecell Ventures. Since 2005, he managed large accounts and large programs in Turkcell Group. Previosuly, he was the director of Sales and Marketing for Turkcell Technology. And currently, he is responsable of all international sales and marketing activities of Turkcell Group for OTT and legacy telco products.
